Ever think that there can be an "automated" reclaim system? Similar to bundlrs, but very specific? Such as having a very low content count (less then 100 characters) for urls with no content that don't need an email to be sent out through request-url. This could make things easier for you and Sarah.
just an idea! two reclaim systems since some urls are easy to reclaim (edited years ago, one sentance/image only, etc..) while others may still need the request-url system.
Considering we're likely going to be fighting a losing battle forever over what is and isn't genuine content, it will likely need to become this at some point yes.
