hi :)) that’s a difficult one haha i would say definitely try and learn the basics (anatomy, facial structure, lighting etc) there are lots of good youtube videos on these topics and it is really really useful to have a good knowledge of these things. even if you’re aiming for a very stylised way of drawing understanding these things is fundamental. apart from that i’d say draw what you like and experiment a lot! look at artists you admire and pick out the bits of their style you enjoy and try incorporating it into your own art. don’t try and find your own style immediately, that will come with experimentation over time i know it’s annoying to hear (i hated hearing it and tried to force it) but i promise it will! and lastly don’t compare yourself to others, all of the talented artists on here had years of awkward wonky looking drawings before they got to the point they are now, you just didn’t see it!!
