this is me playing armchair dr so you can totally ignore this, but have you ever looked into getting a sleep study done ? because i used to feel like that as well and then i found out i had sleep apnea
i have thought about this, yes! though, honestly, i think it's also likely due to sleeping with 2 dogs, one of whom likes to stretch her legs out and push her big-ass feet into the middle of my spine at least two or three times a night. unfortunately, we're far past the point where i'm able to not allow them to sleep on my bed so i need to figure out how to deal with it i guess 😬
