what you said about autistic people excelling at stylization, could you elaborate on that? where you heard it or how you came to the conclusion and the logic behind it ? as an autist myself it really intrigued me
I guess it’s like anyone can learn to draw realistically bc you’re just simply copying a lot of ppl make copies as a hobby but it takes a lot of conscious thought and choice to work stylistically which is why. Like more effort more focus more practice. I’m sure some would disagree and I’m not saying there’s no realistic autistic artists. I think most people who can get really really good at something are autistic, or OCD, or both bc that’s just what I see. That’s how it looks. I never saw a manga artist or animator who didn’t seem autistic to me. You just have to be able to hyperfocus on things and have that power. At least it’s way easier for them. But I’m not a doctor lol
