I hope future fat fur fans look back on our era of fat furry art as just 'Furry art' simply due to ever-increasing obesity!

I do think that furries are much more chill with fats, and a hugely obese furry could walk into a room and nobody would bat an eye (unless they're like super hot and have a rack that could sink a battleship, because who could resist THAT). Until people get over their apparent "revulsion" at seeing fat bodies online we will always be a category... rather than just a body type. Ideally FA or other sites should simply allow people to filter on body type, rather than classify as a sub-fetish anything north of a muffin top. I think things are changing. I have no stats, but it feels like fat furry is a growing (heh) community. It's clear that fat furry art is awakening a sexual attraction for fatter people, in the same way it can open up peoples' sexuality.

I hope fat furry art can at least encourage people to see the attraction in a wider range of body types, helping de-normalise fat phobia. Obviously fetishising fat isn't exactly helping in that regard, but I do hope that fat furs are blended into the mainstream because we're all sexy, whether we're fat, thin and everything in between!
