ariiiii i think i messed up bad i payed for the ems items i need and had been waiting for domestic for months…. i have many items i bought from you earlier this year. and i didnt see that i had to fill out an address form… idk im really confused 😭😭 is there anything i can do ? im so sorry i know this is my fault but please let me know… i can dm u so yeah lmk :( thank you for all ur hard work, i value you as a gom !

hi ari i know you’re a closing GOM, but if webtoons releases calendars for romance 101 and aslfua again would you consider hosting? :) if not that’s okay! i just joined your go last year for the calendars and can’t think of anybody else to host these that i trust to get these on time to us safely and secure have an awesome day ❤️

hello! I just bought something from a Korean website using korgou’s assisted purchase option and was curious if they notify you that it arrived? They never put a tracking number (only screenshots of the order page) so im unsure of how it works, especially since im receiving other packages at this time too. Just curious if you’ve experienced it. And thank u for all your hard work!!
hi! yes they usually notify you when a package arrives and they give you a tracking number then. if you used assisted purchase you would have to go to the “support” tab on your dashboard, and create a ticket asking for the tracking number. make sure to include the order ID which you can find next to the assisted purchase in your order list!

I really appreciate you for going above and beyond as a GOM--despite this being an unpaid job. Having to resolve this unfortunate issue is difficult, since you did your best and there's really no one at fault here. The fact that you reassured your joiners and even exerted this much effort speaks a lot for your reputation as a GOM and as a person. Like anon said, "don't beat youself" too much. Undelivered or lost mails are risks we take as joiners. I still do hope they safely reach everyone's homes though.

please don’t beat yourself up about any of this ari. we know you’re going through a lot right now & always do your absolute best for us , as proven by how long you’ve been a reputable GOM. i hope that everything works out. you did your part for us & that’s all that matters, it’s just a very unlucky situation. take care of yourself please
