hello! I just bought something from a Korean website using korgou’s assisted purchase option and was curious if they notify you that it arrived? They never put a tracking number (only screenshots of the order page) so im unsure of how it works, especially since im receiving other packages at this time too. Just curious if you’ve experienced it. And thank u for all your hard work!!
hi! yes they usually notify you when a package arrives and they give you a tracking number then. if you used assisted purchase you would have to go to the “support” tab on your dashboard, and create a ticket asking for the tracking number. make sure to include the order ID which you can find next to the assisted purchase in your order list!
