Hi Sashimi! Ive been reading through “At the Apex of the world” for the first time during my breaks since this morning and I’m almost done. I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying this story and i have to pause for now because I’m due to leave for my next client. The part where I paused moved me to tears:
“Why is Seokmin avoiding you?” Minghao asks Mingyu on the 2nd day of this cursed cycle, and of course he’s the first to notice that something’s changed between them. Of course it’s Minghao, of course- Mingyu swallows before he answers, “I did not mind my place.”On the 3rd day, Minghao asks him, “Did he tell you why he was so upset?” And Mingyu answers, “Not directly, but I understood.”On the 4th, “What will you do if he does not speak to you again?” And his chest tightens at the prospect. “I do not know.” Finally, on the 5th, Minghao tells him, “You care for him.” And Mingyu has no other choice but to answer, “I do.”
I don’t even know how to describe why I’m crying but it’s so lovely and painful how Mingyu comes to terms with his emotions and how he really isn’t able to put a name to them by himself. And when he’s sure about what he feels it’s so clear to Minghao that he doesn’t have to say it outright. I’m in love with this story and I just know I’m going to cry and scream about this. Ur followers are so right for naming this their Roman Empire!!! I’m really happy I decided to read it this morning — work’s been struggle so reading this fic has prevented me from ruminating on what’s going on at work. Thanks Sashimi for sharing!! I’ll hopefully leave a more meaningful comment on ao3 when I finish it! :3
wait omg this is so cute im so sorry for not seeing this until literally 8 months later 💀💀💀 but thank you so much!! im so happy you enjoyed my lil fe au 🥹 that particular section was actually one of my favorite parts of the fic 🥺 i still think about it and the rest of the story from time to time... i just love the dynamics and universe so much sigh if only i had a brain 🥲 didnt know people considered it their roman empire but ill take it 😋 so sweet, thank you and hopefully one day i can find it in me to write again 🩷

not to be "that person" but I really dislike how some ppl talking about dk and showing skin. Even when they make "jokes" calling him a loser for wearing a rashguard...they sound like weirdos? Please grow up you virgins and this goes the same for every single fandom that has a kpop boy that doesnt like to show skin/their chest yet has the same insufferable "fans" desperate for a peek. Leave those men alone!
who called him a loser for wearing a rashguard 😭😭 but i feel the same way sometimes like i think dk has made it pretty clear that he's uncomfortable with showing more skin than his arms and legs. he even tries to cover himself up when too much of his chest is showing... like please respect his boundaries people it isnt that hard 😭 every time i see someone tweet that they wanna see dk's abs i lose another year off my life like he's said it before that he doesnt have them... and even if he does he clearly doesnt wanna show them off like 😭😭 plenty of other members are willing to walk around shirtless just look at them for your abs fill carats leave my babygirl ALONE

I’m sharing what the China seokgyu fandom are talking about right now.
So apparently seokgyu were together after they alighted at Japan but somehow seok only shared the pics he took with jh and Jun, not those with gyu. China fandom is lamenting that they’re gatekeeping. I’m not sure why they don’t share each other’s photo it must be precious and not meant for the world
