yesss i really agree w ur answer to my question abt platonic/romantic tgy and yb! at the risk of thinking too deeply again, i agree that romance depends largely on the people involved and not the activity (e.g., hugs, cuddles, going on walks), bc while i can definitely imagine every member being super close this way, the reason yb and tgy personally stand out to me is bc when they do these things, it just FEELS romantic as opposed to platonic with the other duos!
all this to say i definitely can see every ship romantically if i'm in the mood & enjoy all txt pairings regardless, but tgy and yb stand out this way (esp tgy) bc everything just feels really romantic and intimate between them even when they're doing the same things as other members (e.g, teasing, hugging, bickering)!
i think that’s the beauty of this little hobby hahaha. you can really read into anything as much or as little as you want, as long as you’re not bothering anyone else about it (or the artists themselves.) it’s also part of why writing is fun to me!! i get to decide what actions have what meaning and set the stage myself. personally, i’ve never understood people who get into “ship wars” or whatever because the whole point is that it’s imaginative - we have no confirmation in any direction, which makes the possibilities limitless!! i am
also mainly yeonbin and taegyu, but im also happy to sample what everyone else is making and play around with other ships. getting to pick what i like and leave what i don’t like is what makes reading and writing fun :)
