Did Beatrice hear from her papa about their other family members/ones Ford knew about at least, or she prompt him with questions about names and faces she saw in his head, asking about where home is since he couldn’t be living like this forever. Does she know she has an uncle and maybe a version of events to what happened with the portal
She does! The fact that she has the ability to see his memories means that she's seen enough to ask questions, or just to 'know' things. She knows that he was estranged from Stan for 'breaking' his project, that he doesn't talk to his family much anymore, and that he was pushed through the portal during the confrontation with Stan.
Sometimes she can bring a different perspective (she noticed the line about Stan 'chewing through the trunk of a car', which Ford hadn't at the time, and it made him wonder just how much shit Stan had been in) but often she'll just sort of... adopt whatever Ford felt about a particular person or moment because some of his thoughts and emotions are imprinted in the shared memory.
