I feel like this is a dumb question lol but do u want us to give our real names or is a username cool?
Username/alias is 100% okay for the name portion of the forms. However, if you do just put your username please know that will be what we are going to refer to you as in all future references. Preferably, we want a name to refer to you as in the name portion of the form and your username being listed on your Social Media portion of the form.
