Otherwise, I'd use that kind of money to explore new hobbies and maintain existing ones, since I didn't get to enjoy any as a child. If anything happens to my bicycle or my violin I'd like to be able to repair or replace them, for instance!

... going on food tours and working through my date wishlist would be nice, too...
