Why don’t clouds write poetry?
How do you know they don't write poetry? They do write poetry. That's why the sky sometimes cries. It's either the poetry is beautiful or depressing. When there's thunder and storm means the poetry is devastating. And so on.
Clouds, like other natural phenomena, might represent the idea that beauty and emotion can be conveyed without words.
It would rain too much unfortunately.
If they do, I'll stare at them longer, because I'm melancholy.
