how many batches will there be and are you going to announce them? i just wanna know where i may line up; im so excited!!!!!
hi! I'm not exactly sure how many batches there will be. I unfortunately won't announce them, it will all be dependent on how many I can get packed in each sitting ; v ; Please know I'm zooming as fast as I can to package everything to get out to ya'll; we're just as excited as you are for you all to finally see the end result! I'm unfortunately one tiny gremlin packaging everything in between work, so I appreciate the patience as I work on getting everything out! 💛

We are hoping to release the final numbers in late April/early May if all goes well! 💛 As stuff is still being "purchased" (Shipping labels) and the fact we'll have a leftovers sale that we hope to hold later next month, we don't have the set amount we can send off to charity yet. As soon as everything officially settles down and there's no more monetary transactions happening, I'll be able to get the final numbers and reveal how much we are giving to the Shiny Foundation! I'll also be posting all the proof of the donation as well 💛 (But just know we raised quite a lot, and I'm very very proud of everyone 😭💛)

Sorry since you mentioned "Not all of the artists who participated in the Zine are able to afford their own physical copy." I'm wondering why isn't the proceeds from sales going to this instead of supplying everyone with a copy? Giving to charity should take a backseat to giving real people who worked on your project their compensation. You are handling real money and real people, why is giving money to charity a priority when you realise there are actual people on the zine who cannot afford it?
Hi! Thank you so much for your input! Please know, we have discussed and voted on this choice as a group; this was not a one sided choice. After third check ins, all contributors got to vote on what the final compensation for this project would be; if all of the funds should go to charity, or if we should cover contributor copies first before charity. The overwhelming majority of contributors voted to make sure funds go to charity first, and we came up with the group decision to utilize the donation pool to help cover the Zine for those who could not afford it. While I really appreciate the concern, please know this decision was made my the mixtape team as a whole; mods AND artists.

if a group order for the UK/EU is hosted, are you gonna make an announcement on this account ? i would be soooo interested in the physical zine but can’t afford shipping on my own….. either way thank you so much to everyone involved in the zine <333
Yes, any GOs I will definitely post on this account the moment a GO is live~! So far no one has reached out to host a GO, but if anyone is interested please DM me~! (Alternatively if anyone knows any GOMs they trust, you can always see if theyre willing to host! Just please be respectful when asking 💛)

Hi!! I was just wondering why there's a donation option for artists? ;;
Hi! As this is a charity zine, all proceeds from our zine go straight to charity. While all of our artists are compensated with a PDF version of the zine, not all of our artists are able to afford a physical copy of their work! Money from this donation pool goes towards gifting our hard working artists who want a physical copy of the zine but can't afford it their own version. There is obviously no pressure to donate to the pool, it's just a little way to give back to the Staytists who took part in the zine 💛

The PDF is included with the full zine bundle!
Stretch goals apply to all of the bundles except EP Album (the digital only bundle).
