hi g!!!💕 my fav bits to render are always the eyes, nose and lips… i love features that i can bring a lot of life and detail to with high contrast and interesting color variations, and these places are the best for it!! especially the eyes, i always have most fun with those. adding little sparkles to the eyes and tearducts, some shine to the eyelids etc.. i wish the entire drawing process gave me that amount of dopamine dhskdnd

recently i’ve been trying to enjoy stuff like hair and clothes more too, by adding more intentional patterns and textures. it’s working pretty okay!! but i think i will always favor rendering “smaller” detailed parts over big planes of color with little contrast.
