My social status matters. Same effort alone are not enough, they need to be on the same level as me too. I'm not selfish, but I'm done with the "lower my standards/myself/ waiting for the person to meet me on the line" phase. You want me, you work for it. Not just for my attention but yourself too. Financially and mentally.
