hi, mx sushi! idk if i can ask this but you can ignore if it makes you uncomfy. how do you cope with mmd? it’s so bad for me now. i have a history and i’m so scared it might recur. the only thing that helped me back then was meds but i dont want to go through that again.
hello, bebi ko. it's okay! tbh, idk how i am coping or even if i am coping. i understand yung sa meds, cuz i stopped it too. i didn't like the side effects talaga. :( it never really got better for me? pero! i hold on to the good days. kahit na mahaba yung bad days, i hold on to the rare good ones. i talk to friends who understand. i try to be open about it kahit na im ashamed because despite it all, i want to hold on to life.
bebi i really suggest talking abt it & making sure you're surrounded by a loving, healthy & supportive environment. i know it's v difficult, pero that is why i am picky sa mga people around me. we build our own safe space, bc we need it to stay alive & sane.
and im emphasizing yung environment because i know na our demons would tell us na we're unloved, unimportant, na we're better off gone. we need reminders that those aren't true. we need people who love us that will ground us and remind us that we are not actually alone.

hello! oh uhm i don't really have favorites but i do prefer poetry so does that count? authors/poets that i like, top of my head: sylvia plath, maggie smith, chingbee cruz, luis katigbak, cyril wong. there are more filipino authors i like too. no books/works in particular! do you have recs? i do read "classics" too (depressing but i liked tess of the d'urbervilles back in college)!
