I aim for 2-4 days 🤧 but actually several reasons!
• I’m busier than I used to be (I have friends I meet sometimes now! especially this month I’ve been travelling a looot)
• trying to have better boundaries with social media so not prioritising phone things quite so much
• because I’m not very active at the moment I don’t get messages as frequently so don’t check as often as I was
• I cannot even explain the nuclear level of autism I have over wrestling rn and sometimes I go 3 or so days without even really registering that I exist. currently. hopefully that will calm down soon 🫡
