ive always thought of how far he went with students as a … play it by ear sort of situation? like, for example, beomgyu already had this initial connection to taehyun through his sister and taehyun became immediately enthralled by beomgyu and the attention he was receiving from him. beomgyu was essentially, in yeonjun vs taehyun, picking up different vibes??? like, yeonjun did nooot see anything seriously happening with beomgyu. he had a tiny crush on him but up until he was being assaulted by him, yeonjun never considered that as a possibility so if beomgyu was flirting with him yeonjun was not picking that up - whereas taehyun was immediately picking up that beomgyu ‘liked’ him, ie he was more receptive to the flirting and that essentially made beomgyu more comfortable at the pace they moved at and how far they went. if there was too much effort, so to speak, and beomgyu found himself putting in too much energy into the student he would move on. like when yeonjun began to fight him on it and cry when he tried to convince him to have anal sex with him, he gave up with pushing yeonjun and went on to just force him to give him what they were already ‘comfortable’ with. taehyun did not fight or fly, he always froze. obviously, that in no way makes it taehyun’s fault, it just unfortunately created an environment in which beomgyu felt more confident and comfortable in continuing to assault him even when he did try to fight back, beomgyu was easily able to overpower him and taehyun’s dissociation during the assaults made it so he wasn’t trying to cry for help or anything like that.

this happened over the years with different students too. while the other students testimonies (and of course the stories of the other students who never came forward) beomgyu’s grooming and abuse of them all varied from being in a ‘relationship’ with him, such as taehyun, or molestation, like yeonjun, or never reaching anything physical / minimally physical. its not so much that taehyun (or anything of the students beomgyu went this far with) was special but it was just everything in his life lining up in a way that made it seem like beomgyu was an actual option for taehyun. everything with taehyun could have just as easily been so different if even one little thing changed.

this is my second time ever having vip but both of the concerts in general i went to before had seats, this was all standing so it was def a different experience than before & im not sure but i think it definitely had an impact on our ability to get such good spots. also This shows vip honestly felt like it was viping a lot more like the only really vip last time was the gift + soundcheck.

the queue for check in started at 11 and we honestly didn’t get there til like 11:10 + then you got a number assignment. bc we were kinda like behind the majority of performances LOL i think most ppl just didnt think to come towards the back bc they thought it would be a bad spot but it was really perfect imo like our EXACT spot was right in front of where yj kept his water bottle + there was really not a lot of people crowding in our area so u could move around pretty freely and move around as the members moved so🫶

anyway! my friend was the one who made the purchase for both tickets so idk the exact price but i believe 1 vip1 was about $700 ish, but they also had the presale which i also had last time so i think that def plays a part.

send off!!! the reason people were camping was obv for good show seats but also for send off BUT my friends & my numbers were in the 250’s and we still got right against the gate (there was like a row or two of ppl standing behind us for reference) was bc the staff basically sectioned us off and called us at ‘random’ by groups. our group was called second and the venue essentially made the campers go last. so just as a side note i personally think camping is a waste of time esp of the venue doesnt allow it like they will sabotage u /hj.

so a lot of it was circumstances and luck honestly but also oomf i went with obsessively did everything they could to keep up with the best plan of attack and now im engaged to soobin so!!! luckiest girl ever fr
