seeing questions about hyunjin and sunwoo on your retrospring is soo crazy to me jdjskwow everyone talked a lot about them when their airport photos dropped but then everyone moved on pretty quickly (not me though) but yeah that's probably because both their fan bases don't really like each other
i'm personally a big fan of haechan/sunwoo and jisung/sunwoo, they're obviously friends but then they acknowledge that once in a blue moon (sunwoo at dream's concert and haechan introducing him as "my friend" and then sunwoo liking ig post of jisung falling after seeing a fake spider 😭). but maybe that's because haechan and jisung are kinda private about their friendships outside of their groups. so seeing hyunjin/sunwoo photos after all this time was insane and i'm still thinking about them. oh to be a fly on the wall during that trip
but yeah would actually kill for a chance to see all of them interacting like no one gets it

I think it was around the time the hyunibini video was filmed bc he mentions being stressed and not knowing how to handle it and that he felt he hadn’t accomplished anything and hyunjin says in the video the guys felt he was stressed and that something was bothering him and tbh this is just me speculating since that could’ve happened a little after or before but it makes sense it was around this time with his mood change.

hello! i’m the anon who just thanked you for “novo amor.” it took me an embarrassing amount of time to realize that you are the same person who wrote “sunflower.” but now that i am aware and can compliment you directly, i will take the chance to do so. the feeling this piece gives me is like no other, like no other piece i’ve ever read in ao3. there’s something so realistic about it in the best way. i love how despite their obvious concerns, individually and towards their relationship, they communicate them, talk about them, express themselves to one another. there are some specific things i want to point out. first i love the “burn” you use right before donghyuck asks him to fuck and when he watches donghyuck leave in the hospital, a nice touch indeed. i’m also too fond over the “old man” nickname and loved how he used it in the hospital so casually when they reunited. donghyuck’s immediate concern that something was wrong when johnny went to ask him out was telling in itself, showed his feelings. i loveeee the rain motif especially in their kiss in the park it’s so symbolic and beautiful, that imagery is stunning. i love how you showed how in a relationship you step/enter into each other’s space, becoming a crucial part of their own world, and then begin to create one together; you portrayed that in a beautiful way. i love including the convo with doyoung because it showed johnny how much he had healed and grown since the last time they spoke and though the sadness would come and go, he knew how to handle it better than he ever could before. i really like the detail of the hair, and how johnny’s accepted it (like so much in this new chapter of his life) because of donghyuck; plus it’s the little things like that that show genuine attention and interest to your partner. i’ve heard of the comments on appearance in couples of like “they like it on me,” and it can turn toxic quickly but similarly to what i said in the beginning, you convey the healthy way of it, and in a way that made me blush. him saying “donghyuck likes it” to then the scene of donghyuck playing with it in bed and saying he likes it ahhh. and the moment of johnny being there for donghyuck in that vulnerable moment showed what was talked about in the conversation of both of them having fears and it being okay. like for me the point is that they both came with their own troubles already and are guiding + comforting each other while healing themselves. and i love how donghyuck put the perspective (ha see what i did there) of johnny having no issue with working around his schedule and how it’s indicative of their relationship. lastly, johnny saying “i love you” after donghyuck found the camera eunji gave him…my heart!!! couldn’t be more tender and lovely. i just love how in this piece you show how those butterflies and giddiness of teenage love could and should be present in relationships of all ages and relationships that start in all kinds of ways/paths. that is the beauty of love (shout out to love is a beauty). anyways i rambled for a while there but i wanted to let you know of the effect of your precious writing. thank you again for giving us johnhyuck enthusiasts stories that actually reflect their bond genuinely and sincerely. i hope you know that your writing touches people’s hearts and i am not the only one who feels this way about it ❤️❤️❤️

sfjbfkd just my thoughts but we saw hyunjin and him going on a vacation together to a place apparently hyunjin wanted to go to for the longest time + going to the itzy concert (with changbin and tag #ripgoldenchild) + sunwoo was wearing his glasses and some of his clothes I think? in pictures all of this in a short period of time when skz went on a break at the beginning of the year + can I call you timeline with hyunjin insinuating he had a crush… and we haven’t heard or seen from them anymore I think and now hyunjin shaves his head and releases a sad song seems a little coincidental… this is all just my fun speculation and I’m never right about these stuff so😭 like same could be said about chaeryeong wearing changbin’s hat at the airport…
