Cam! How do you define ‘love’?
This is an interesting question that I’ve been pondering for so long on how to properly give it its answer, considering the subject is what we believe as an easy task to do but very hard to define especially in words. Truth to be told, I’ve been searching for the definition of love for so long. I was once trapped in a condition where I believe love did not exist at all, luckily a dear lecturer of mine introduce me to one book that to this day I feel much grateful upon knowing its existential, moreover, to read it from the first page till the last.
Love is a feeling that is pure and selfless. The idea of love is beyond beautiful, it is contradictory did not only exist in a form of romantic love solely, nor that it will always reciprocate or even succeed at the same time. But every once in a day, we will stumble upon the idea of love, trapped or exist in it, and somewhat feel lucky enough to have that pure feelings toward someone. Referred from the book that I read, love is an art. Thus, in order to understand love we shall able to learn from it and through the process of learning, in term of mastering the practice and theory. To this day, the idea of love still feels rather abstract for me. But every part of love does made me feel like breathing at the end of the day. I actually have the definition of love that I believe is what I could easily relate for, I’m gonna attach it later through X! Anyway, thank you for asking this question.
