titi LOLLL hmm...... I think if he thought it was advantageous he would have a wife, but like in an old school gay way. Oscar Wilde esque, but more grimly misogynistic. Like well, she is a tool that I use to navigate socially. We have an arrangement. I don't really see him as being drawn to women (or even men) in a straightforward way. I think he would want someone he could safely dominate. A wife might serve that role socially, but since he can have children without bothering with pregnancy then what's the point of having a wife?
(In an ideal world maybe he could queen out with a girlboss but since any equal is a threat, I think he'd prefer a timid little obedient wife.)
In terms of being attracted to women, it's canon that he pays particular attention to Astarion, but I think he's not too discriminatory with the other spawn. Especially since so many of them are white-haired elves.... he has a type regardless of gender. But its more sex as a way to dominate rather than sex as an inherent desire, you know? Is it about attraction or is it about putting them in their place?
Anyway there's many ways to straightship him, even if (like me) you headcanon him as primarily gay! People like to put characters in specific sexuality boxes but I'm more interested in how they manifest under social pressures.
