Rystic is the highest for sure, despite it slowly dwindling more and more across each expansion before springing back in full force at the end of 6.0.

Shizuka's a war criminal who had war crimes done to her, so while i think she pays lip service to the typical Scion idealism, she tends to stay more grounded about it, though she keeps a little hope alive on her own.

Tsonek is very idealistic, but in a way specifically pertaining to her ability to create bigger and more destructive explosions. She's much less concerned with the world and figures things will go as they will (flammably).
