i had a little bit of a weird thing where my adhd makes it Reaaalllly fucking hard to play lobcorp (status effects and guidelines for battles. been suffering with this and limbus since canto 4 💔💔) so ultimately i just ended up watching both the lobcorp and ruina stories on youtube and i got really like PAINFULLY attached to angela. see i think that the thing with angela fans is that the ones that are really passionate about her seem to relate to her in one way or multiple because that Also happened to me. it just got worse and worse as the ruina story continued on. couple this with a person’s own problems with relationships and mental illness and you end up with one of those characters that you REALLY see yourself in and want to “live things through” in some way. it was that combination of wanting her to be loved, ruina’s progression, and roland’s own struggles about loss that made it worse ESPECIALLY the closer/when you get into the endgame. and i think a very big part of it as well is my interest in writing. it really made me study Every little moment of dialogue between them and i think that just made me even crazier. lol
