it's no use telling you to not worry about future (i do too) but the thing I tell myself when I'm feeling overwhelmed is that things always resolve themselves. They might go better than expected, alright, or not so great, but eventually everything will pass and you will get through it day by day.
Idk i'm not good at comforting and that might've just sounded depressing BUT for whatever reason it gets me through the day haha
