It's a bit complicated for me cause it's an overall very positive experience, but my memory falters a lot, especially when I'm small, so I don't remember many specifics about regressing.
I more often than not regress with my cg and fiance, since it's comforting to have someone looking over me while I can just relax without any big stressors on my mind.
It's hard to tell when you're 'in it', since for me, I just slip right into it sometimes. I start getting more comfortable, more giggly, sometimes more sleepy and cozy. I become unfiltered and I just make lots of sounds. I stim a lot more too, especially if I'm in VRC with my cg and fiance.
I used to regress alone, and when I did, I'd more often than not indulge in more nostalgic experiences. I have a lot of computer games on my desktop that I used to play when I was a kid, so that is my first go-to when I'm alone or not doing another activity with someone. Sometimes it can also be a bit upsetting to regress, since it's harder for me to express wants or needs when I feel vulnerable. I tend to just go with whatever everyone else is doing, but these nervous moments for me are usually short lived. It's a very different experience for everybody, nobody experiences it the same.

• It's extremely easy to put this guy in littlespace (which for him, varies a lot with age-appropriate behaviors). He's easily flustered by a lot of things and when he does start to feel little, he does not want to be alone through it.

• Riley is CLINGY when he's little. He practically hangs off of whoever's leg he can find.

• When he isn't little, he can somewhat stand up for himself and talk back against his enemies, but once he is little, he becomes stupidly shy, squeaky, and whimpery. He can barely get a few words out without feeling embarrassed about even speaking.

• If he's with any of his comfort people (Bandit, Nirvana, Elias), it's much more easier for him to slip into littlespace without intending to.

• Riley has problems with interoception, due to his autism, meaning that he often can't tell when he's hungry or full, or when he needs the bathroom. When the latter goes on for too long without him noticing, the need to go will suddenly hit him and he's more than likely to have an accident.

• Thanks to ^ that , Riley wears pullups! He tries to refuse diapers because "They're for babies", ironically, but sometimes he does get forced to wear the thicker padding on longer ventures/missions.

• The poor thing can't change himself (He says "it's too icky!") So one of his caregivers has to do it for him. He gets fussy very quickly if he has to be in a used pullup/pamp for longer than a few minutes.

ok i feel like i wrote abt these before but here we go.. im sry im retarded:

Scout: Wears out of necessity/being forced, mostly at night due to bedwetting. Very embarrassed about it, would try to beat up whoever found out but would be a prime target for teasing.

Soldier: Probably a comfort wearer, daytime or nighttime. Possibly wears for forgetfulness/problems with interoception? He keeps it a secret, probably only tells his demo friend on the other team.

Pyro: Totally wears for fun, regardless of if they need to or not. Totally has a collection, with all sorts of cute designs, even if nobody else really sees them when they have their suit on. They don't attempt to hide this :)

Demoman: Hangovers cause him temporary bladder problems, definitely wears for that reason on nights he knows he's gonna be drinking heavily. Probably common knowledge, he doesn't make an attempt to hide it but doesn't parade around abt it.

Heavy: Tbh I don't think a lot abt him in abdl scenarios... I doubt he'd want to wear, given how much he makes fun of 'leetol baby men' etc etc.

Engineer: This man does not get up nearly as often as he should be for breaks, so he wears for this reason mainly. He also wears for fun, and loves the comfort they provide him. He doesn't parade this fact around, and he'd be pretty embarrassed if anyone found out (besides Pyro, he trusts Pyro with knowing).

Medic: If a merc needs to wear, he's offering to help with changes and checks. On long nights in the lab, he'll wear just to make sure he isn't interrupted by anything as bothersome as a bathroom break. He's pretty open about it!

Sniper: He wears out of convenience, as well as somewhat for necessity, too. He doesn't want to move from his sniper's nest, and jarate only helps so much, especially with such an overactive bladder. He does not want a soul to know, but I feel Medic would find out on his own accord and provide those much needed checks for him, since he can be a smidge forgetful about it.

Spy: He does not wear unless he is being utterly forced. He will hate every second of it and will cry if he has to soil himself in one. He'd kill someone if they found out he ever was forced to wear.

1: His full name is Riley Beau Reed, he's a 24 year old cis boy. :)
2: He joined Mann Co. on a total whim. They needed someone quick on their feet whose good at info-gathering and intel retrieval from enemy lines. He's surprisingly good at both, as he came to find.
3: Riley is autistic; he's also got other developmental/mental disorders that affect the way he acts and responds to others. He's very childish in nature, and very easy to pick on.
4: The only reason he's good at what he does is because running is very stimmy for him. He's quick-footed and can be a little sneaky.
5: He is terrible at combat and works best when sent to retrieve intel or capture a point. If he has to fight anyone, 9 times out of 10 he's getting his ass whooped.
6: Relating to 5, he does not shoot his primary (the shortstop). He does shove, though it's never effective.
7: His melee is often the Atomizer with a matching baseball.
8: He rarely uses a secondary weapon, but if he had to choose, it's gonna be a bonk.
9: He has like three parental figures that aren't his actual parents: Nirvana (A friend's OC) is his 'papa', Bandit (same friend's other OC) is his 'babysitter' of sorts, and Elias (my fiance's OC) is his 'mommy' snrrkk
10: I kind of made him solely for fetishy purposes (abdl, etc etc) but he's grown on me to be just a cute wimpy scout with all sorts of stuff wrong with him :)

Scout - ima be a little funny w this one... size differences and humiliation. he'd really like having a really tall/heavier dom to overpower his scrawny ass, and he'd be totally ashamed of it too cause he's always talking himself up as if he's such hot shit. meanwhile, in his dumb, depraved mind, he secretly wants to be put in his place after all that shittalking.

Soldier - He wouldn't be ashamed of it per say, but he would be too specific to want to explain it to anyone else; Soldier would be into sensory deprivation. Blindfolds and tight bondage helps him focus on the sounds instead of the sight of his partner, and the bondage helps him focus on how his body itself feels rather than getting touchy with his hands.

Pyro - This person would not be ashamed of any of their kinks. Period. They are loud and proud and have no problems sharing the many of them with anyone who's willing to try.

Demoman - Also wouldn't be shameful of much, but he would feel a little silly for being SO into dirty talk. Literally always swooning over his partner, whether its sweet nothings, or the most disgusting phrases, he loves whispering them all to his lover, to the point where sometimes he can be a bit much.

Heavy - In a similar vain to Scout, he's ashamed that he'd let some of these "leetol baby men" overtake him in bed. He knows he could easily body them and flip the script, but he'd like to lay and take whatever they'd have to offer, and that'd put a bit of a burn on his cheeks.

Engineer - He'd be so stupidly ashamed of the fact that he's a somnophiliac. A receiving somno. He would love to fall into a deep sleep knowing that when he wakes up, he'd be sore and all used up, not knowing for the life of him how his body was used. (He'd also be insanely ashamed of being into beastiality but I'm personally not rly into it so I'm not getting into the deets)

Medic - He'd be into body writing, but would feel ashamed once he actually sees his own body being written on. Shaking in front of a mirror after having been used, with all sorts of nasty things written on his sensitive areas of his body...

Sniper - He'd be a little shameful of his choking kink. Not at all when he's choking someone else, but when he wants to be choked himself, he wants to go until he blacks out, comes to, and then all over again. He'd be stupidly into it, practically drooling at his partner's feet for them to do it again.

Spy - I feel like Spy wouldn't be very shameful of much either, but in a similar vain to Engineer, he'd be a somnophiliac too, though he's on the giving end. He would feel shame burning at his heart as he violates that still, non-moving, unconscious body, but it'd also give him such a rush.
