oh boy... here we go

1: His full name is Riley Beau Reed, he's a 24 year old cis boy. :)
2: He joined Mann Co. on a total whim. They needed someone quick on their feet whose good at info-gathering and intel retrieval from enemy lines. He's surprisingly good at both, as he came to find.
3: Riley is autistic; he's also got other developmental/mental disorders that affect the way he acts and responds to others. He's very childish in nature, and very easy to pick on.
4: The only reason he's good at what he does is because running is very stimmy for him. He's quick-footed and can be a little sneaky.
5: He is terrible at combat and works best when sent to retrieve intel or capture a point. If he has to fight anyone, 9 times out of 10 he's getting his ass whooped.
6: Relating to 5, he does not shoot his primary (the shortstop). He does shove, though it's never effective.
7: His melee is often the Atomizer with a matching baseball.
8: He rarely uses a secondary weapon, but if he had to choose, it's gonna be a bonk.
9: He has like three parental figures that aren't his actual parents: Nirvana (A friend's OC) is his 'papa', Bandit (same friend's other OC) is his 'babysitter' of sorts, and Elias (my fiance's OC) is his 'mommy' snrrkk
10: I kind of made him solely for fetishy purposes (abdl, etc etc) but he's grown on me to be just a cute wimpy scout with all sorts of stuff wrong with him :)
