oh no not at all! of course we probably will never know for certain but it is obvious that hoshi is very close with him and happy with their relationship, be it a friendship or something else. that definitely wasn’t the issue i was talking about the other day, it’s fine to have feelings and assumptions about anything!

my issue was more of straight carats seeing “gay svt” as nothing other than fodder for jokes, no matter if the member is actually gay or not- even just the possibility is seen as silly and ripe for mocking (they may not see it as mocking but when it comes from a het person it usually has that tone) by a lot of people. just my personal perspective as a gay man: it’s not even the fact of anyone being gay or same sex attracted, because we don’t know that, and probably will never know for sure, but just the idea of it is framed as either funny or twisted into some fanfiction type thing. (everyone who knows me knows i have no issue with fic whatsoever, but i personally do not trust most hets who partake in it just because the way they talk about gay men is strange. gay people do whatever u want ur fine by me)
