i’m so glad you asked because i actually have opinions on this
1.) scrambled. i’m a simple guy! i prefer mine buttery and on the more watery side and i season them before i cook them :) putting a few green onions on it as garnish is god tier
2.) sunny side up in a bowl of ramen with some soy sauce, sesame seeds and green onions. fucking delicious
3.) poached on eggs irish
4.) hard boiled. simple hard boiled egg is good but it can be elevated to like number two on my list if it’s ajitama

i’m not personally a fan of heavily cooked eggs unless they’re hard boiled. i’ve tried tamago gohan and i enjoyed it but the texture is a little tough for me to get through
