I would just like to say, you may see me refer to someone or myself as 'a part', this is bc i do not wish to self diagnose with an identity disorder nor do i want to call myself a system or 'alter', 'headmate', 'introject' 'fictive' etc.

But regardless of me not wanting to use these terms, i still have 'parts'. If ykyk!

Please never refer to me as a system, alter, etc. either. I am just a part of... myself. I hope this kinda makes sense, if needed i can just ask you personally to use a different name or pronouns on me.

I actually have a neospring for one of my parts, i might share it or not, but if im not active here its bc im active on there! Hope this makes sense.
