ohhhh interesting!!! but i personally think yanqing is supposed to mirror jingyuan whose master (jingliu) also became mara struck and insane. personally i love stories about how “i outlived my shizun” and how that trauma will severely suffer through it.
the scene in the heliobi event was about how jingyuan believed hin yanqing. i feel like a reverse could possibly happen but unlike that scene, mara isnt really reversible
