Hello, I ordered the online zine for the project, and for whatever reason, the Bonus PDF - Let’s Magical Cooking~! doesn't seem to exist anymore :( Is there any reason for this?
Hello, thank you for letting us know about this issue! When we inspect the digital goods bundle ourselves, in an incognito window, we can access both the single pages and the spreads for the bonus PDF.
We would recommend emailing us or connecting with us via social media so we might be able to more directly troubleshoot this error!

Would you consider a 2nd print run?
Hello,
This is something to current team, both mods and contributors, have discussed lightly. However, the mod team agrees that is a significant amount of contributors request that their piece(s) not be reprint, to respect their decision, we will not move forward with a 2nd print run of the project.

when will the leftover items be shipped?
We do apologize for the delay in any packages going out. We are thrilled to say that all orders from October have been sent out, and another batch of orders from early this month are nearly prepared to be sent. Ideally, there should be 2-3 larger batches of orders sent from now until our leftover sales close up to bring us back to our goal of packages sent every 1.5 weeks.

This project is so disorganized. Shipping should be set prior to opening the store, and if there are issues you should have closed the store, made an announcement, fixed it, then relaunched.
Will you give refunds to buyers who overpaid? How will you ensure this doesn't keep happening? What changes have you made to fix it?
We aren't able to apologize enough for any distrust that the project has created with all you wonderful scouts. Prior to the launch of our leftover sales, with our Shipping Mod's approval, all shipping rates were finalized and believed to be accurate. Due to the work schedules of our team, no one was able to notice the errors with the shipping rates until much later in the day. After speaking with our Shipping Mod, we discovered that the changes they had made to the shipping rates were the cause of the errors that lead to a few buyers being charged more for shipping than they were meant to.
You are correct that we should have closed the store and we did our best to correct the issues as soon as the team were able to, after much back and forth with our shipping mod. We can confidently say that all shipping rates, including those for costumers purchasing bundles and a la carte items, have been fully corrected. We have already been in contact with buyers that were affected by the earlier errors on the store front as we discuss this in further detail with them.
We truly regret the string of errors, delays, and production issues the project has encountered over the past year.

Each merch item is charging separately for shipping. Is there a way shipping can be combined? (IE three items, first one is $6 shipping, second is $5, third is $5. One of the items is a recipe card where the shipping costs more than the card).
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have looked at the shipping rates and have made a few changes that should help!

Even if I only buy a standee the shipping is $15?
As we ship from the US, shipping rates for international packages maybe high due to holiday rates as well. We have lowered the shipping to $12.50 for the standee for international rates!

When will left over items be shipped? This team has a reputation for delaying. I want to know the timeline before I purchase anything. Thank you.
We do understand your concerns and apologize for previous delays that have affected anyone's trust in the project and the team. During our Leftovers Sale, we aim for all leftover physical and digital goods to be sent out about once a week, typically on the weekend. Due to our shipping moderator's work schedule, there may be a single period of time where shipments could potentially take 2 weeks to be sent out however, that should be the only cause of delays we can foresee with our Leftovers Sale fulfillment.

its been a month since the reprint shipped. any updates on its arrival cuz its not fair that ur contributors are having to wait this much for a product THEY made,,,,,
We apologize that the team has not been able to provide an update beyond what was presented roughly a month ago. We have been in constant communication with our manufacturer for the partial reprint, asking for updates on tracking and the overall status of the reprint. At this point in time we are still awaiting the partial reprint to arrive at our shipping moderator's home.
The most recent update from our manufacturer was today (6/8) where they confirmed that the books had not been shipped, even though priorly they had informed the team the zines were in transit, and explained that the zines are set to ship out tomorrow (6/9). The earliest estimate for the shipment to arrive would be by the end of this month or early next month. The team had hoped our next socials update would be that the final packages were sent out however, we will be working on an update for our socials with this new information.
The team as a whole is also disheartened that this second manufacturer, as a whole, has taken several extended periods of time to produce our partial reprint (having previously taken nearly a month to send our second proof, then over two weeks after our approval to confirm mass production had begun, and now having provided incorrect information that the reprint had shipped). As soon as the new shipment arrives, all zines will be inspected, packaged, and shipped out.
Thank you once again for your support of all of our contributors that worked so tirelessly on the project as a whole.

how many orders r still waiting to be shipped? have contributors gotten their stuff?
We are happy to report that fewer than 20 preorder packages are left to be shipped out! Contributor packages will be sent out as soon as the partial reprint arrives.

it has been 2 weeks since u got the reprint proof. any updates on that?
Hello! As mentioned on our twitter while we did recieve our first proof for the new manufacturer, the proof had some printing errors that needed to be addressed. After some weeks of back and forth, we recently approved the digital proof which allows the Manu to send us a second physcial proof. At the moment, we are still awaiting confirmation from the manufacturer that this second proof has been produced and sent out. As soon as we have an update regarding this new proof we will share that with you all! Thank you for your support and patience of our project!
