What's a choice you've made in the past that you're most happy about now?

Jesus, there are sooo few. 🤭

I guess one I can genuinely say was very helpful was one that honestly wasn't even much of a conscious decision: teaching myself English.

Although that sounds way fancier than what I actually mean which is just randomly deciding to start watching the three US TV channels we got, armed with nothing but 9th grade public school English classes, an English-to-Spanish dictionary and these wits. 😁 I'd almost feel like it was an accomplishment, listening and absorbing the meaning over time all by myself, were it not for the fact that that's how even stupid babies (in English-speaking countries) do it. 😆 Considering I don't have a college degree, it's been a real boon when it came to looking for jobs. So, thanks Past Yuri.

I'll also add another key decision: deciding to ignore the eye-roll-inducing, annoying red flags and agreeing to meet in person this pretentious-sounding local actor whom I met in a not-particularly-wholesome way. (my partner 😝)
