What's the best recipe involving eggs for you?
Fried eggs with French fries....as simple as it can sound but still delicious. And cheap!
Maybe an omelet with lots of stuff in it - spinach, tomato, mushrooms, cheese, etc., or maybe deviled eggs, but they have to have enough mustard.
Chilaquiles or huevos rancheros.
I'm tossing out things like cake and whatnot, that is cheating - I decided. Omelets are probably the best, but I also like egg fried rice and egg drop soup
