It depends on how you define it. Masturbating all the way to orgasm/ejaculation more than 7 times in one day? Hell no. I don't have that much semen or sex drive and my dick would feel like it's going to fall off. Masturbating but not all the way? Maybe. I only let myself intentionally masturbate all the way to orgasm/ejaculation once or twice a week. I masturbate more than that just not all the way. Sometimes I do it for a little bit and sometimes I try to do edging but suck at it. Sometimes I go too far and can't hold all of it in. I don't count that toward my weekly total.
