A man has been found guilty of a murder he committed when he was 13 years old - he’s now 41. Bearing in mind children get lighter sentences than adults: should he be sentenced as a child (as he was at the time) or as an adult (as he is now)?

Trial him as an adult, man had plenty of years to confess to the murder and be given a lighter sentence.
