How do you manage your stress?

-have a good work-school-life balance (e.g., go home by 6 pm if I can help it)
-use a calendar and to-do lists to get ahead of big projects, breaking them down into manageable tasks
-take break after working on something for an hour. during that break, take care of your body (like, eat) and/or do something mindless or fun, like watching a couple of YouTube videos.
-talk/vent to someone you trust
-exercise (not something I do much of, but it works for many people)

I don't. Sometimes it gets too much and then I'm pretty much fucked in terms of my sleeping pattern
