How many hours sleep do you have on a typical day?

I always sleep for different hours every night, sometimes a lot, sometimes very few, it sometimes seems when i oversleep i am more tired and when i only get 3 or 4 hours of sleep I wake up energized! But I always feel just about right at 8 hours.

Sometimes I sleep all day and all night and all day the next day. Sometimes I'm awake for that long.

Weekdays it’s bad like 3 or 5 hours of sleep. On weekends I get a good 8
