Any tips on picking berry colors based on a character’s base palette?
I kinda have a bit of a color wheel in mind! I try to make whatever's the major color on a character as close to a nice, vibrant but not eye-burningly saturated, deep blue-violet. Then, I try to match/adjust based on that. Generally, purples and blues will get bluish-purple, pinks and whites become purple, yellow and orange probably more magenta-ish, greens become blue/teal, and like... basically I try and just keep those close to the main, prominent deep blue-violet bc that IS the color of blueberries! I try and stray away from berries that are too purple, or too pure-blue
Do you prefer a willing blueberry victim or an unwilling blueberry victim?
Goddd that's so hard to choose for sure but I think generally my favorite scenarios involve unwilling victims. Or at least... unprepared victims. But I enjoy basically all sides of it haha
Favorite shade of blue?
I could easily say like. indigo or violet or something but in all seriousness, my favorite shade of blue... gotta be the kind of blue that's around "007FEC" on a color picker. Really nice sky-ish blue~
do you prefer your blueberry girls with boobs or without boobs
Oh man this is one of the most surprisingly difficult questions for me to answer bc like. I love titty. Love a good giant swollen titty. And I draw that. But there's also something so good about a shape that is completely spherical with not even a hint of boob or butt or arms or legs or anything...
its a lil rare but uhhh, whats your opinion on the term food balloon?
It's good! I like it but it doesn't like, get me goin' or anything. It's cute tho
When comparing the classic 1971 and 2005 blueberry inflations, what elements from each do you enjoy the most? ie... I love the stretched out clothes and exposed belly of the 2005 inflation, but I like how the 1971 inflation leaves you with just barely enough mobility to waddle.
I'd say the sheer scale, and colors, of the '05 style inflation is what I take from the most for my blueberry art, that immobility and sinkage that leaves you so far gone people can barely tell where you are. But the '71 outfit is arguably more iconic (although maybe as folks who grew up with the new movie get older, that'll change) and I incorporate that style and color scheme into my stuff more than the '05 tracksuit. Especially since it literally has the belt popping off in the scene itself. The tracksuit's really good too! :p My mood can flip-flop between them haha
Thoughts on blimp fruit from Mario Galaxy 2? 👀
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT, I really need to do something with it.... yoshify myself and eata the blimp fruit
What’s your dream blueberry inflation scenario that you’ve never told anyone?
idk... I think I've told people my dream scenarios <:3
What blueberry scenario turns you on no matter how many times you imagine it?
there's not really any specifics, just... any scenario that really focuses on the immobility and helplessness of it all, any sequence that really gives an idea of how sunken in the limbs are (or I guess, where the limbs used to be are)
What’s your feelings on inflation caused by gas build-up? Like someone tries to hold in a fart or burp and they swell up into a giant ball.
nope! not for me, sorry <:3
What's your feelings on mutual inflation? How does it stack up for you next to having inflator/inflatee roles in your scenarios?
Mutual inflation is fun! I suppose I never realized how I tend to prefer having an inflator/inflatee role in inflation stuff, having someone instigating/handling someone become progressively more immobile is so much fun, but folks inflating each other CAN be enjoyable! I suppose, I enjoy others happening to inflate together a little more than both causing each other's inflation?
Are you a fan of micro by any chance? What about micro + inflation?
micro on its own isn't always my thing, but combining micro with inflation is MAGICAL. Just, really love becoming huge yet being tiny, being handled in a different way by others, it's really cute :3
whats your favorite approach or takes on permanent inflation? stuff you like, stuff you don't like, stuff you wanna see more of?
My biggest personal no-no in general for inflation/transformation is the kind where characters are sad to the point of tears - so if there's like... genuine crying, sadness, distress, it's hard for me to not get upset myself. Although, when it's given a funny or cartoony angle that clearly shows it's not serious emotional turmoil, it wraps around to being enjoyable for me again!
I also don't really enjoy identity death in transformation in general, and since something like berry, especially permaberry stuff, would count under that, it's ideally not something that entirely erases any aspect of a person's life or treatment as "human." Really, the biggest draw to something like perma is when it gradually becomes more and more casual for the inflatee, adapting and getting used to it~ I'd like there to not be "well, my entire life is ruined" although having some shake-ups the character needs to get used to is nice. Like "oh, I can't be athletic anymore, but I've found a new competition I can engage in" that kind of silver lining. Having other characters being in on it, and being supportive helps even more.
Like, permaberry stuff where a character goes for regular juicing appointments to get smaller again, only to inevitably swell up to a helpless orb after a week or so, is really comfy and cute~
Although the funny reactions of passersby when you get into inconvenient scenarios is, very fun :3
Have you thought of making a comic or sequence for inflation? I know you've dabbled with semi sequences in the past and currently doing the year of blueberry
I've thought MANY times and would LOVE to do it - in particular I've thought of making it as like an artpack thing that you could buy for cheap. But ultimately it takes a lot of brain power and effort, and I wanna make sure that it has like, even a minor level of "story" to it that I can add into it to make it more than just, like, a storyboard. Sequences I have done multiple times, in fact! They're pretty rare but mostly bc I tend to not make them for myself and they're expensive to commission, but I am 100% capable of doing 'em!
The year of blueberry has been a very fun way to do a sequence, hehe~
I'm sure thos has been asked before but are u into popping? and if so, what's ur favorite popping scenario!!
I have answered it, the rundown is that I'm picky with how I enjoy popping since it's generally not my thing. Off-screen popping or really cartoony "popping and then waking up dazed on the ground but totally fine" is my choices - implied popping that doesn't actually get shown is my thing though. The threat of popping when you're so huge and taut is SO FUN TO PLAY AROUND WITH AS A SCENARIO!! I can't think of any one specific favorite popping scenario, just any one where it's implied to be a threat that can happen at any moment~
