No I wouldn't but its not because they're trans.
I couldn't date a transmen as I'm not into females.
I couldn't date a transwomen as I only like masculine males.
No, I would never date a trans person. I wouldn't date a gay man as well or a lesbian woman and they wouldn't date me and that is more that just O.K.
Haha, you might not know this in advance before you are dating. So the assumption you have a choice is a fantasy.
