A man has been found guilty of a murder he committed when he was 13 years old - he’s now 41. Bearing in mind children get lighter sentences than adults: should he be sentenced as a child (as he was at the time) or as an adult (as he is now)?

This really depends on what kind of a life he’s been leading, what we’re the circumstances of the murder, and why it took so long to find out?
