Fun story, when I was playing football in HS there was an argument about whether one of the o-linemen could block me (I primarily was a linebacker) he was massive (had to have 100 pounds on me) but had terrible footwork and technique, he laughed and said bring it so we went at it right there in the locker room - I got him off balance and knocked him over , he was rightly embarrassed and said I couldn't do it again , the second time I picked him up and drove him back into the wall. He quit the team a few weeks later

One fourth of a pool table or air hockey table--I forget which it was.

Right now I have about 51 kg more or less and the biggest weight I have carried that I know was a sack with potatoes at about 40 kg. I couldn't carry it far. Just from car to door.
