It depends on the activity.

I prefer to stay under the covers from midnight until 11:59 PM

I like to get out of bed between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. I tend to seek bedtime again around midnight or a bit later. Anything else is optional and according to my flow of life as seen fit. Of course work requires something different....
