I try to take time at night for me. Id rather loose sleep and have some quiet time. (That sounded dirtier than I meant it to😜)
Hm, I count it like this: I do care about me and most of the time of the day I do work for me sleep for me and eat for me. Actually there is only a little time left when I do things for others?
