If the other guy consents, sure.

However, I doubt that hugging with space suits on would be satisfactory, and I cannot recommend removing them either, so I don't think it'd feel good to hug on the moon.

yes but they would both be dead because the air would have been sucked out of their lungs by the vacuum of space.
