Most people tend make their characters with a theme or story in mind. What do you have in mind with your characters? It can be just an abridged version if it's lore-heavy.

Hoo boy, there's a whole cocktail of stuff I want to try to explore with Odd's story, but I think a major theme for him (and the way I want to write Giratina, as kind of a mirror) given how they came together is "coming to terms with your existence, the inherent joys and sadness all are faced with when living, and trying your best to remain good/true to yourself regardless of the circumstances you find yourself in"

Also mix in a bit of making peace with guilt/grief from situations beyond his control that ended with people he cares for being hurt, and that he in part feels responsible for
