How do you guys manage your anger? I'm having trouble to deal with mine.

Take a moment to breath, looking for a strong reason why i’m angry, express my feelings, and the last one is take a rest, rehat. Btw kak, it’s natural to feel angry at times. It’s a human emotion that signals something might be wrong. The key is managing it in a way that is healthful rather than harmful, both to you and to those around you.

I usually take a deep breath and then give myself a butterfly hug. Also, I'll take some time to relax. Eating sweet treats and sipping coffee will help too. I hope you can also find something that will help you deal with your anger.

I usually just keep quiet and find my way to distract myself. Go for run, did some crunches, push-ups or anything else to push these thoughts away as much as I can. And serve myself a nice cup of coffee for last. Hope you can control yours wisely, cause anger is a letter less for the danger.

These days, I’m trying to do meditation every morning. But I heard that doing a heavy and intense workout might help as well.
