Well, there are such cases of doubt. Can a finger be more than a finger, even when it is a raised middle finger? Can a sneeze be anything else but a simple sneeze, even when it is into your face at Corona times? Compared with the latter a fart is maybe nothiing but that. Even when it was intended as something else. A message might be a message even when the sender did not intend it to be one and vice versa.
