I don’t have a signature dish. What does my family love that I make? Pozole, birria, carne adobada, lasagna, pasta (w white sauce, grilled chicken, and asparagus), different stir fries, enchiladas, beef tongue, tacos dorados, sopes, caldo de albóndigas, mole.. Pretty much whatever I make they eat. They have a tendency to prefer a lot of the traditional Mexican meals. The thing that I’m lousy at is making flour tortillas. Something about the dough that doesn’t quite turn out right for me. I try, but then I scrap the dough and and turn it into gorditas de azucar. 😆
