How do you do to cope your sadness?
Biasanya aku tidur atau langsung marah yang bikin sedih biar legaa
I take some time for myself to process everything before I carry on to my life.
I just accept it as it comes. I embrace whatever I felt for that moment and remind myself that I am meant to feel this. I give them some space before I cry them out then I go watch something I love or listen to some songs I enjoy. I find something to smile about in every tiny thing I see around me.
